Bio

Hugh is Outsell’s lead analyst for Legal & Regulatory Solutions. His passion lies in exploring the intersection of technology, content, and the law, and the ways in which they can be used to enhance access to justice and legal services. Through his work, Hugh has advised some of the biggest names in the legal tech industry.

 

Born in Ireland, Hugh moved to London to study law and was called to the Bar of England and Wales. Hugh also provides clients with legal affairs analysis on the impact of new legislation and legal actions on the data, information, and analytics economy.

 

He is the author of Automating Legal Services: Justice Through Technology, published by the American Bar Association Book Publishing in 2019.
