Inquiry Overview

An assessment vendor was interested in examining the client experience of large and urban districts to better understand their satisfaction of formative assessment products and vendors. Specifically, the vendor wanted to identify which features are important, and future usage of formative assessment products.

Methodology

For this custom inquiry, Eduventures conducted interviews with 15 district administrators at large urban districts. Titles of administrators included directors of assessment and curriculum in addition to other administrators knowledgeable in this area.
