McGraw-Hill has recently modified the statement of direction it uses in its press releases, replacing the B2B trade part of the phrase "focusing resources on building ... its leading brands ... in markets in financial services, education and business information" to "business data and analytics." We predict this sets the stage for divestitures of "business information" assets that do not focus on "data and analytics."
