IT Professionals are a hard target market to crack given their limited budgets and satisfaction with free and credible information resources, but there are pockets of opportunities for information providers to provide additional fee-based products. Although they are most satisfied with Gartner, Forrester, Info-Tech Research Group and IDC, the IT trade journals and TechTarget are right up there in terms of satisfaction.
