Microsoft is looking for a new buyer for Greenfield ISS as the ZM Capital deal fell through late last week. The company will be run by Microsoft's Dave O'Hara with Al Angrisani, Greenfield Online's current CEO, remaining with the business in an advisory role. Greenfield contested Outsell's opinion that it was still a fix it up company, providing us additional information on customer satisfaction which we appreciated. It goes to show how once a negative reputation is established how long it takes for that kind of "buzz" to die down within the network of people who are associated with the firm in one way or another.
