Start-up player Filtrbox has announced an online media monitoring service to track mainstream online media, the blogosphere, and social media sources. Available subscription plans range from free to fee depending on the number of filters and users. This product is a more sophisticated tool than existing free options like Bloglines or Google Alerts though less sophisticated than some of the current Social Media Market Intelligence systems that track sentiment and offline sources.
