The owners of the Answers.com reference site, has entered into an agreement to acquire $7 million Lexico Publishing Group, LLC, owner of the high traffic web properties Dictionary.com, Thesaurus.com and Reference.com, for $100 million in cash, a whopping 14.3x revenue.
