Methodology

For this custom inquiry, Eduventures conducted a total of 13 phone interviews with state and district administrators. Administrators were segmented into three groups: (1) district administrators in states using enhanced reporting, (2) district administrators in states not using enhanced reporting, and (3) state administrators in states not using enhanced reporting.
