VSS Announces the Sale of SHL to The Corporate Executive Board Company
July 2, 2012Veronis Suhler Stevenson announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its portfolio company SHL to The Corporate Executive Board Company for $660 million in cash, subject to customary pre- and post-closing adjustments.
