Princeton Review to Sell Test-Prep Unit
April 5, 2012Princeton Review Inc., which has been bleeding red ink, is selling its healthier and better-known division—the Princeton Review test-prep business—for $33 million to private-equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners.
