McClatchy, Tribune Sell Newscom to Mainstream Data
July 1, 2007Mainstream Data announced that it acquired global content provider Newscom LLC, which had been owned in equal shares by Tribune Co.'s Tribune Media Services subsidiary and The McClatchy Co. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
