IHS Acquires Geological Consulting Services
June 6, 2007IHS Inc., a global provider of critical technical information, decision-support tools and related services, announced today it has acquired the inventory and assets of Geological Consulting Services–Houston, Inc. of Houston, a provider of formation tops data files in electronic and other media covering South Texas, East Texas, North Louisiana, South Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
