Wolters Kluwer Health Makes Another Strategic Acquisition At The Point Of Care
May 10, 2011Wolters Kluwer Health has entered into an agreement to acquire Lexi-Comp, Inc., a provider of drug information and clinical content for pharmacists and clinicians. This is the latest in a series of strategic acquisitions which Wolters Kluwer Health has made for its Clinical Solutions business as part of the development of the company’s increasingly strong position in the point-of-care segment.
