ITE Group Acquires Russian Exhibition Firm MVK for EUR 33M
December 20, 2010UK trade exhibitions organiser ITE Group said it had taken over Moscow-based International Exhibition Company (MVK) for EUR 33m (USD44m) in cash, to expand in the fast-growing markets in Russia and the CSI.
