The Canadian private equity fund, Sagard, has purchased the French B2B publisher, Groupe Moniteur, from current owners Cinven, Carlyle Group and Apax Partners for euro 275m. Groupe Moniteur specialises in information on all aspects of the construction industry and also has a particular focus on French local government contracts.
