Yahoo has partnered with WebEx Communications and BEA Systems to extend the real-time collaboration features of its enterprise Instant Messaging product. Companies using Yahoo Messenger Enterprise Edition will be able to launch web meetings during an IM conversation. Yahoo will also add its IM technology to BEA's WebLogic Workshop developer kit, with which programmers can build real-time communication and collaboration into enterprise software applicaitons.
