From "Text Mine!" to Text Mining: STM Text Analytics Come of Age
May 10, 2010Examples of text-mining used to be restricted to simple, non-scalable academic demonstrations of the technology's capabilities, and STM publishers were wary of the possibility that text-mining might unlock the value of their content in a way they could not control. All of that is changing, and a growing number of innovative products have text-mining at their core.
