Wasserstein & Co LP agreed to acquire Penton Media Inc
January 5, 2007Wasserstein & Co agreed to acquire Penton Media Inc for US$194.2 million in cash plus the assumption of about US$335.8 million in Penton debt. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2007. Wasserstein & Co LP will integrate the business into it
