Hemscott merges with i-Deal to form Ipreo
December 18, 2006Hemscott PLC, which was recently acquired by Centerpoint Data LLC, said it has merged with i-Deal LLC, thus creating Ipreo LLC. Ipreo, which at the same time announced the acquisition of UK-based company Marketpipe Ltd. Terms not disclosed.
