In-Stat Announces Management Buyout and Spins Off from Reed Business Information
April 5, 2010In-Stat announced both the completion of a management buyout and backing from consumer and retail information leader The NPD Group. In-Stat announced that it has spun off as an independent company from former owner Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier. Privately held In-Stat continues with its tenured management and highly respected analysts.
