School Specialty Completes Acquisition of Delta Education
March 10, 2006School Specialty today announced it has completed its acquisition of all of the membership interests of Delta Education, LLC from Wicks Learning Group, LLC, an affiliate of the Wicks Group of Companies L.L.C. for $272 million.
