New STM Report Highlights R&D Growth in Emerging Countries
February 8, 2010The National Science Foundation has just published the 19th edition of its biennial Science and Engineering Indicators report. This reinforces data released last December by SCImago highlighting the increasingly dominant role of emerging countries in powering the growth of STM R&D.
