Haights Cross Communications a
June 1, 2005Haights Cross Communications announced it has acquired CMEinfo.com, a closely held Cherry Hill, NJ-based publisher of multimedia continuing medical education (CME) products and services. The company was established in 1989. CMEinfo.com will join HCC's Oakstone Publishing unit, Oakstone Medical Publishing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
