Jupitermedia Announces Record Date and Meeting Date for Special Stockholder Meeting
January 16, 2009Jupitermedia Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has set February 20, 2009 as the date of a special meeting of stockholders to vote on the proposed sale of Jupiterimages Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jupitermedia, to Getty Images, Inc. The Board of Directors has also set January 16, 2009 as the record date to determine stockholders entitled to vote at the special meeting.
