This Briefing provides customer satisfaction ratings for products in the News and Trade Information, Information Technology Research, Company, Credit and Financial and Scientific, Technical and Medical Information product segments. The data is based on I-PriceSM, an Outsell study that allows content buyers to confidentially compare their opinions with an aggregate benchmark. This Briefing updates the original results published in May 2000, and includes data based on approximately three times as many responses as that original analysis. For buyers of content, it gives aggregated buyer satisfaction ratings for key product classes. For vendors, it provides competitive benchmarks and identifies areas of potential strengths and weaknesses.
