Academic I-AIM: An Executive Summary For Information About Information Clients
Outsell completed Academic I-AIM, a landmark study of over 3,200 higher education students and faculty, in 2002 to understand the information use, habits, preferences, and spending for information users in US colleges and universities. This study complements Super I-AIM and Europe I-AIM, studies of nearly 7,000 knowledge workers that Outsell conducted in 2001 and early 2002 to determine how corporate information users seek, use, and buy information.
