NCLB continued to define spending patterns nationwide, with supplemental education services and school-restructuring provisions continuing to come on line for failing schools.

Overall supplier revenues in the 2004-05 academic year amounted to $21.9 billion, up 6.0% over the previous year. Eduventures expects that revenues will rise at a similar pace through the 2008-09 school year, at which point the sector will total more than $28.0 billion.
