In her capacity as Vice President, Outsell Scout Analytics, Louise Garnett serves as an executive-level analyst and consultant to a broad range of Outsell clients, and heads the Outsell Scout Analytics service. This service enables clients to analyze their customer subscription usage data to find untapped demand and qualified upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support their sales teams, thus generating additional revenue. Louise has over 10 years’ experience actively advising clients in the information industry, most recently as Outsell’s lead analyst for the Market Research, Reports & Services and IT & Telecom Research, Reports & Services industry segments, and in the areas of paid content and marketing. She also has many years of experience with hands-on marketing.
