In her capacity as Chief Analyst, Leigh Watson Healy leads all aspects of Outsell’s activities in producing industry research, metrics and tools for assessing the impact and value of information, as well as user and enterprise information spending, behaviors, and consumption. Leigh leads the team of market analysts and researchers chartered to provide critical data about enterprise information benchmarks and best practices, vendor assessment and portfolio management, and all aspects of information use and consumption in the enterprise.
Based on her extensive experience in information publishing and technologies, strategic and business planning, and product planning, Leigh is an executive-level advisor to a broad range of Outsell clients and is a primary spokesperson for Outsell. Leigh writes and speaks frequently about key trends and issues in the information industry, and she also focuses on information impact assessment and ROI; Web 2.0 communities and expert networks; open access and new publishing models; and changing user, buyer, and advertiser dynamics in the information industry.
