Kelli is a caretaker of Outsell’s culture and team. She provides strategic HR and operations leadership to optimize people, culture, process, and infrastructure and is the go-to for HR support and guidance, global recruitment, benefits and wellness, learning and development, and talent management. Kelli is where you go to unearth a path to achieve win-win-win and to find out if your new shoes are as cool as you think they are.
Kelli is the ringleader at Outsell’s offices, ensuring that the right people are in the right places for the right goal. She also leads company acquisition integrations and special projects for the organization.
She knows how to be serious, deliver, and excel, but learned along the way that in order to do things right, you also need fun, a little quirkiness, and ”wow”.

Education
Kelli received her M.B.A. with honors from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA. She also holds a B.S. degree in History and Political Science from Oregon State University.
