In her capacity as Director & Lead Analyst, Jill Finger Gibson is responsible for Outsell’s Product Evaluation Service. In this role, Jill manages Outsell’s user-generated product ratings and reviews community for all information product categories. Jill’s research provides information managers with recommendations for product selection and with trends in best practices, as well as advising information vendors on product positioning, messaging, and strategy.
