In his capacity as Affiliate Analyst, Laurence leads Outsell's analysis and research of K-12 education, focusing on suppliers across content/publishing, technology, and services markets, companies in related markets representing potential opportunities and disruptions, and the market and competitive trends shaping K-12 education. He serves as an executive-level analyst and consultant to a range of Outsell clients, providing company-specific advisory services that encompass the following areas: evolution of digital content in the classroom; implications of NCLB on testing business; growth of virtual learning/schooling models; creation of new products and service offerings; competitive scans; impact of marketplace change; and the development and revision of business and marketing models in K-12 education markets to meet the changing landscape.
