Kate Worlock, Director, Market Intelligence Service

In her capacity as Director, Market Intelligence Service, Kate Worlock is responsible for analytic coverage and advisory services focused on the Credit & Financial (C&F) information sector, including credit ratings, financial services, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) services. She serves as an executive-level advisor and consultant to clients on issues such as M&A, due diligence, private equity, and investment banking. She also covers industry financial performance and benchmarks. In addition, Kate leads the analyst team in creation and delivery of research and advisory services for publishers and information providers in all segments of the information industry.

In March 2008, Kate was elected to the Content Division Board of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), which provides a forum for companies that are in the business of publishing and distributing content online, or offer technologies or services that facilitate the distribution of information products. The board guides the content division in developing effective approaches to emerging issues and producing deliverables of special interest to members.
