Karen Wilson, Director & Lead Analyst

As Director & Lead Analyst, Karen Wilson researches, analyzes, and writes about information professionals and information management best practices with a focus on government information management functions. Karen is responsible for managing a variety of custom client projects and heads Outsell’s benchmark research. Karen has also had extensive experience managing primary research studies, and she advises clients on research methodologies, strategic management, metrics, and library management.
